My role:
Identified Jay Baer, one of the most recognized voices in customer experience marketing, as a strategic influencer partner for Replicant's presence at Customer Contact Week (CCW) Las Vegas.
Pitched and secured Jay's participation, managing all pre-event and on-site logistics for a live voice AI demo and video production at the trade show.
Oversaw distribution strategy for all assets produced, including a flagship video that has generated nearly 1M views.
Secured two dedicated newsletter features to Jay's 50K+ CX executive audience.
The campaign generated an unsolicited organic LinkedIn post from Jay calling Replicant's voice AI "almost indistinguishable from a human agent."
Project Type: quarterly editorial magazine
My role:
Conceived and owned a quarterly themed editorial magazine as a flagship content program, a format rarely executed at this level in B2B technology.
Developed each issue's overarching theme and built the full editorial calendar, assigning and editing every article from internal and external contributors.
Managed a rigorous approval chain including the CEO, CMO, head of communications, and VP of product marketing.
Consulted on layout, design, and cover creative aligned to each quarterly theme.
Developed a sales enablement guide for activating the asset across the revenue team.
Unveiled each issue companywide during a monthly all-staff meeting of 1,300+ employees.

My role:
Built and executed a thought leadership podcast strategy from the ground up, including format, cadence, and editorial focus.
Owned the full guest lifecycle, including identification, outreach, booking, scheduling, and prep.
Wrote all episode copy, created episode artwork, and produced each episode including audio and video editing.
Cut short-form clips for organic promotion and managed publishing across platforms.
Oversaw paid and organic distribution and delivered regular KPI reporting.

Built a comprehensive thought leadership platform for a Chief Medical Officer, spanning LinkedIn, the company blog, and healthcare trade publications.
