I'm a B2B content marketer who has spent 25+ years doing two things: building editorial engines that drive real business results, and helping technology companies say something worth reading.

My career spans both sides of the industry — more than two decades advising brands as an agency strategist, followed by senior in-house roles at some of the most ambitious AI and SaaS companies in the market. That combination gives me something most leaders have only half of: the broad strategic perspective built across dozens of client engagements, sharpened by deep operational ownership at the company level.

I've built comms and content programs from scratch, led proprietary research initiatives, launched podcasts, managed website migrations, brand refreshes, and helped executives find their voice. The throughline across all of it is a journalist's instincts applied to a strategist's brief — and a zero-compromise standard for the work.

Replicant is a leading conversational AI platform for contact center automation, at the forefront of AI, CX, and enterprise SaaS.

  • Designed and executed a hub-and-spoke content system, turning flagship editorial assets into multi-format, multi-channel narratives spanning blog, thought leadership, social, email, and web.

  • Built an executive thought leadership program targeting senior enterprise buyers, contributing to measurable lift in demo conversions and brand recall.

  • Orchestrated a full website migration and brand refresh in under nine months, modernizing the digital experience and improving engagement across all key funnel metrics.

Olive was a high-growth AI automation company for healthcare, backed by $900M+ in venture funding.

  • Commissioned and led the Internet of Healthcare Report — a proprietary research program conducted by Wakefield Research surveying 1,700 respondents across four cohorts: C-level executives, healthcare professionals, administrative staff, and a nationally representative consumer panel.

  • Architected Olive's enterprise content strategy, aligning corporate, brand, and product narratives across owned and earned channels.

  • Oversaw a format-rich content portfolio spanning the full buyer journey: corporate blog, Olive Quarterly print and digital publication, thought leadership, whitepapers, eBooks, videos, and webinars.

  • Developed Olive's first organic social media strategy, growing social presence 150% in year one.
